COURT ROOM

The clerk in a court room using a new digital recording system on a computer, captures the audio of all participants in the room for the permanent court records. It is imperative that the audio stream is monitored (confidence monitoring) to assure the audio is actually being recorded. The clerk must listen to the recorded audio during the proceedings.

With digital recordings it is now possible to have instant playback of prior testimony or comments. When requested by the court, the clerk can easily and readily locate the correct portion of the record. The clerk can preview the audio in the headphones BEFORE it is played back. Then with a flip of the switch instantly play back only the desired portion of recorded audio into the court rooms PA system for the entire court to hear.

PRESENTATIONS

The Audio Interface Device is great for presentations from computers using PowerPoint type of programs now are incorporating audio attached to the slides. Most locations provide video projectors that allow the image to be shown on large screens. However, it is very difficult if not impossible to have the audio for these presentations played through the facilities PA system. With the Audio Solutions AID, it is now easy to have the audio played into the room PA for any presentation or occasion. Even if audio is not a part of the presentation, music can be played from the CD drive prior and after the sessions.

BACKGROUND MUSIC

Anyone that has been to a public meeting room with a built in speaker system will appreciate the advantage of the Audio Solutions AID. On any occasion, (wedding receptions etc.)music can be played through the room speakers WITHOUT having access to the facilities PA system. Simply connect a 3.5mm (same as a mini headphone jack) stereo cable to your music source, and the other end to the AID. Connect a standard balanced (three pins on each end of the cord) microphone cord to the AID output connection and connect the cord to any mic jack in the room.
