Our Guarantee

Audio Solutions AID and AS-2 are warranted for one (1) year against manufacturing defects. Any unit found defective will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Audio Solutions. Cords and soft goods carry a ninety (90) day warranty.

Notify Audio Solutions of the problem and request an RA via e-mail to Support, we will respond with an authorization.

Prepay shipment to Audio Solutions. Product will be repaired or replaced at the discression of Audio Solutions and returned to you prepaid via the same type of service as received.
